We (Kim & Katie) are a mother / daughter duo from Southern Minnesota, who LOVE textiles!! Between wool applique and quilting, not a day goes by that we don’t find ourselves stitching on something! Granny, our company namesake, was our grandmother / great grandmother who instilled in both of us this passion for creating with our hands. It is to Granny’s honor that we do what we do!
So, mom and I are on an exciting adventure of having 30 wool appliqué projects ready by June when we set up shop at the Minnesota Quilters show in St. Cloud, MN.
Finally today, we dug into this fun, fresh and fruity stack of wool. I can't wait for mom to get it all stitched up so I can share it with you! Secretly I wish I was the one stitching it up, but I'm working on other exciting things of my own!!
